Joseph Muratore, CCIM, of Centerra Capital in Modesto, Calif., represented four undisclosed sellers in the $10 million sale of a 48,848-sf office building in Livermore, Calif., to a private investor.

Huguenard and a partner represented Verizon in the $6.6 million sale of a 330,882-sf industrial building in Westfield, Ind., to Hollingsworth Capital Partners LLC. Huguenard also represented Lexington Realty Trust in the $3.1 million sale of the 148,725-sf Dana Building in Nashville, Tenn., to Hollingsworth Capital Partners LLC.

Jonathan D. Farris, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas in Houston negotiated the 10-year, $14 million lease of a 245,319-sf industrial building in Houston from Industrial Portfolio Borrower LLC to National Oilwell Varco.
