Richard Egitto, CCIM, of Crimson Services LLC in Littleton, Colo., and a partner represented Grosvenor Investment Management in the $63.4 million sale of the 413,390-sf AtlanTech Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to New Boston Fund.

Vicente A. Rios, CCIM, of Rios Commercial Corp. in San Juan, Puerto Rico, represented Banco Santander in the more than $62.2 million sale-leaseback of a two-building office portfolio totaling 183,854 sf in San Juan to an undisclosed buyer.

Anthony Scott Henry, CCIM, of BH Properties in Dallas represented BH Properties in the $22 million purchase of a nine-building office/retail portfolio totaling 600,000 sf and located in Dallas, Richardson, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Irving, Duncanville, Euless, and Beford, Texas, from Puget of Texas.

Richard A. Brugge Jr., CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa, Fla., and three partners negotiated the more than $19 million sale of a two-building office portfolio totaling 171,161 sf in Tampa from Adler Services LLC to Eola Capital LLC.

Michael A. Tabeek, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial ETN in Las Vegas and a partner represented Chamber of Commerce Las Vegas in the $16 million sale of a 38,000-sf office building in Las Vegas to an undisclosed buyer.

Clifton, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Tampa, Fla., and two partners represented Buckeye Industrial Ltd. in the $12.5 million sale of 122 acres of land in Manatee County, Fla., to Port Manatee Industrial Park LLC. Clifton also represented Buckeye Industrial in the $5.5 million sale of 15.5 acres of land in Manatee County to Scannell Rev Ex #108 LLC.

Jeff Wells, CCIM, of Voit Commercial in San Diego and a partner represented Doctor’s Park LLC in the $8.8 million sale of almost 3 acres of land in Chula Vista, Calif., to Pacific Realty Advisors.

Harry W. Champ, CCIM, and Dennis M. Sargent Jr., CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Maitland, Fla., negotiated the $5.1 million sale of 1.75 acres of land in Orlando, Fla., from Arthur Gay Intermediary Services LLC to Pizzuti Park Lake LLC.

Edward Hanley, CCIM, of Hanley Investment Group in Irvine, Calif., represented both parties in the $47.2 million sale of the 96,959-sf Gateway Village in Chino Hills, Calif., from Gateway Village I, II, and III LP to Grand Gateway I, II, and III LLC. Hanley and a partner also represented both parties in the $13.7 million sale of the 96,259-sf Olivewood Plaza in Lindsay, Calif., from Raymond Plaza LLC to Olivewood Properties LLC. Hanley and a partner also represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $3.1 million sale of the 6,576-sf Brea Plaza in Brea, Calif., to a private investor.

Gregory A. Fitzgerald, CCIM, of Tri-Oak Commercial Group in Canton, Ga., and a partner represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $23.4 million sale of a 279,434-sf portfolio of 31 Dollar General stores in Texas to an undisclosed buyer.

John E. Huguenard, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Indianapolis represented Orix Real Estate in the $15.7 million sale of the 354,676-sf Anda building in Columbus, Ohio, to Pinchal & Co.

Sandy G. Shindleman, CCIM, of Shindico Realty in Winnipeg, Manitoba, negotiated the 10-year, $10 million lease of a 193,000-sf industrial property in Winnipeg from an undisclosed lessor to Brewers Distributor Ltd. Shindleman also negotiated the more than $4 million sale of a 109,361-sf industrial property in Winnipeg from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer.

Poole and a partner also represented Belfor in the $3.1 million sale of a 48,192-sf industrial property in Denver to Event Promotion Supply.

Greg S. McDonald, CCIM, of Magnum Real Estate in Minneapolis and a partner negotiated the more than $3.5 million sale of a 90,000-sf industrial property in St. Paul, Minn., from JLT Group to CMA Management LLC.
