Practical Platform

LeaseMS Admin by eCREsystems is a Web-based program that commercial real estate companies can use to provide lease administrative services to tenants and landlords. Using the brokerage Web site, clients can log on to abstract lease data, manage budgets, rent rolls, and critical dates, and store lease documents. LeaseMS Admin generates reports quickly and automatically converts them to Adobe Acrobat files and other formats. Neither clients nor brokerages need to download software. A one-year LeaseMS Admin license ranges from $995 to $7,495, depending on the size of the brokerage.

Under the Radar is an online listing service where commercial real estate brokers and small-space tenants can search for and list office, retail, and industrial spaces that have short-term leases. The service includes both direct and sublease listings from regions throughout the U.S. In addition to providing commercial listings, allows brokers to market tenant representation services under the “Find a Broker” function. Single listings cost $19.99 per month; corporate or broker accounts with multiple listings cost $10.00 per month per property. Users also may create a searchable broker listing for $10.00 per month.

Digital Display

With the wall-mounted Cirgon MediaFrame 100, users can manage and view photos, music, video clips, and other digital media. Photos are input directly from a digital camera, flashcard, DVD, or iPod and displayed on the unit’s 19-inch LCD screen. Users can sort, delete, and crop photos, as well as create backup CDs and DVDs. The built-in hard drive can handle up to 10,000 photos that can be organized into slideshows.
