John E. Huguenard, CCIM, SIOR, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Indianapolis and four partners negotiated the $2.4 million, five-year lease of 150,927 sf of industrial space in Plainfield, Ind., from Principal Capital Management to Bensuseen Deutsch & Associates.

Along with a partner, James also represented Walpert Properties in the more than $2.2 million, 20-year lease of 18,140 sf of retail space in Columbus to O’Reilly Autoparts.

David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. in Naples, Fla., negotiated the more than $2.2 million sale of a 3,385-sf retail building in Naples from Bill Gray’s to ARCO Finance.

Brad Welborn, CCIM, of Re/Max Realty Group in Fort Myers, Fla., represented PHD Properties in the $1.1 million sale of the 8,192-sf Courtney Plaza in Fort Myers to Courtney Plaza LLC.
