Frank S. Weiskopf, CCIM, of Realty Executives Associates in Maryville, Tenn., represented Masterbuilder Properties LLC in the $2.6 million sale of 18,900 sf of office space in Knoxville, Tenn. Matthew B. Fentress, CCIM, of NAI Knoxville in Knoxville represented the undisclosed buyer.

Jarrad Katz, CCIM, of MDL Group in Las Vegas and a partner negotiated the $900,000 sale of a 10,290-sf office property in Las Vegas from U.S. Small Business Administration to Advanced Management Group.

Industrial

Kenneth A. Shebib, CCIM, of Colliers International in Edmonton, Alberta, negotiated the more than $2.2 million sale of a 4,318-sf Kuusamo Developments property in Fort McMurray, Alberta, from Kuusamo Developments to Dynacam Property Management. Shebib also represented Kuusamo Developments in the more than $1.5 million sale of a 3,540-sf Kuusamo Developments property in Fort McMurray to Terra Nova Ventures. Shebib also negotiated the more than $1 million sale of a 2,000-sf Kuusamo Developments property in Fort McMurray from Kuusamo Developments to Park Derochie Coatings Ltd.

Don L. Moss, CCIM, of Colliers in Charlotte, N.C., represented Westmount Realty Capital in the 6-year, more than $1.4 million lease of a 99,286-sf industrial property in Charlotte to Guardian Building Products Distribution. Lane Holbert, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley in Charlotte represented the lessee.

Retail

Bruce R. Schiff, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley San Diego in San Diego and two partners represented Cedros Design District in the 10-year, $759,723 lease of 1,613 sf of retail space at the Gateway at Cedros in Solana Beach, Calif., to Peet’s Coffee & Tea. Schiff and a partner also represented Bell Flower Capital LP in the 5-year, $651,801 lease of 2,794 sf of retail space at the Lumberyard Shopping Center in Encinitas, Calif., to Acushnet Co.

Land

Christopher G. Bowers, Jr., CCIM, of Eshenbaugh Land Co. in Tampa, Fla., negotiated the more than $2.3 million sale of more than 19.5 acres of land in Bradenton, Fla., from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer. Bowers and William A. Eshenbaugh, CCIM, of Eshenbaugh Land Co. represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $1.4 million sale of 88 single-family lots at the Summer Chase property in Hudson, Fla., to an undisclosed buyer.

David Hitchcock, CCIM, of CBC Saunders Real Estate in Lakeland, Fla., and a partner negotiated the more than $1 million sale of 54 single-family lots in Eustis, Fla., from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer.

Christopher B. Fraser, CCIM, of Avison Young in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., represented Reznick King Street Properties LP in the $840,000 sale of more than 0.2 acres of land in Charleston, S.C., to TKH Holding Group LLC.

John Wessling, CCIM, and William C. Overman, CCIM, of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk, Va., represented JSK Motel Management in the more than $2.8 million purchase of the 182-room Magnuson Hotel in Newport News, Va., from Long Gate Associates LLC.

R.J. Neary, CCIM, of Investors Realty in Omaha, Neb., and a partner represented KETV in the $1.3 million purchase of the more than 400,000-sf Burlington Station in Omaha from an undisclosed seller.
