Day Four Recap: Fall Forum 2026
Four days. Countless connections. One unforgettable event.
The 2026 Fall Forum wrapped up in Los Angeles with a day dedicated to the future of the CCIM Network, fresh perspectives on the city and a celebration that brought the Hollywood energy.
From leadership development and new Designees to exploring Downtown LA and welcoming the Institute's next Global President, day four was all about honoring achievement and looking ahead.
Building the Next Chapter of CCIM
The future of the CCIM Network took center stage as Institute leadership gathered for the Board of Directors Meeting, while incoming Chapter Officers and Administrators came together for 2027 Chapter Officer Training.
With a focus on chapter management, sharing best practices and strengthening collaboration, the training helped equip chapter leaders with the resources and connections to make an impact in the year ahead.
Strong chapters. Strong leadership. An even stronger CCIM Network.
Los Angeles: A City of Stories and Opportunity
What better place to explore the intersection of creativity, development and opportunity than Los Angeles? Attendees had two unique ways to experience the city.
The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Tour offered a look at a cultural landmark founded by George Lucas and Mellody Hobson, celebrating the power of storytelling through art, film and popular culture.
Meanwhile, Mr. Downtown himself, Hal Bastian, brought more than 40 years of real estate experience to a guided tour of Downtown LA. From Bunker Hill and the Financial District to Grand Central Market and the Historic Core, the experience connected iconic destinations with the investment trends and developments shaping the city. Sometimes the best way to understand a market is to experience it firsthand.
Another Milestone. Another CCIM Pin.
For Candidates taking the Comprehensive Exam Retake, day four offered another opportunity to reach a major professional milestone. The Pinning Ceremony brought Institute leadership and chapters together to welcome the next wave of CCIM Designees as they took their oath and received their Pins. Behind every Pin is a commitment to professional growth, expertise, and excellence.
Congratulations to our newest CCIM Designees!
A Hollywood-Worthy Celebration of What's Next
The 2027 Global Presidential Inaugural Gala, presented by Colliers, marked the official inauguration of Andie Edmonds, CCIM, as the 2027 CCIM Global President.
An evening celebrating leadership, tradition and the future of The CCIM Institute, the gala brought a distinctly Hollywood-inspired experience to Fall Forum. Featuring acclaimed comedian, and America's Got Talent finalist Drew Lynch, followed by music and dancing with N'Demand, bringing the Forum to a memorable close while supporting The CCIM Institute Foundation.
A new Global President. A new chapter for CCIM. And an incredible community ready to move forward together.
Four days of connections, celebrations and opportunities, but Fall Forum 2026 isn't over yet! Tomorrow marks the final day, and we're closing things out with the Los Angeles Investment & Site Tour, offering attendees one last opportunity to explore commercial real estate in action and experience the LA market from a new perspective.
