Five days. Incredible connections. One final look at commercial real estate in action!

The 2026 Fall Forum wrapped up in Los Angeles with an exclusive experience that took attendees beyond the conference room and straight into the heart of Southern California's industrial market.

The Los Angeles Investment & Site Tour delivered a ground-level look at one of the nation's most significant industrial corridors, and the opportunities shaping its future.

One Morning. Four Cities. Major CRE Opportunity.

Commerce. City of Industry. Santa Fe Springs. Vernon.
Hosted by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation and the Cities of The Big 4, this exclusive CCIM member tour offered a firsthand perspective on four cities including the City of Verona, City of Commerce, City of Industry and City of Sante Fe working together to unlock industrial investment and development opportunities.

And the numbers speak for themselves:

  • 250 million square feet of industrial space
  • 5,000+ operating businesses
  • 200,000 workers across the four cities
  • Nearly 24% of Los Angeles County's industrial footprint

That's a major concentration of industrial activity, and a compelling opportunity for CRE professionals to see how location, infrastructure, and local economic development strategies influence investment decisions.

Beyond the Property. Inside the Opportunity.

What makes an industrial site work for one business but not another?

Sometimes, the answer goes far beyond square footage. From power availability and permitting freight access, utilities and occupancy costs, the tour explored the factors that can make or break a project.

Attendees had the opportunity to connect directly with municipal teams and gain insight into how four distinct operating environments support manufacturers, distributors, life-science companies, aerospace and defense firms, and creative-economy businesses.

The CRE takeaway? A great site isn't just about where a property is located. It's about what that location makes possible.

For CCIM professionals advising investors, owners and occupiers, understanding the relationship between municipal strategy and real estate performance can help turn market intelligence into actionable opportunities.

And that's the kind of insight that's difficult to replicate from behind a desk.

Until We Meet Again!

Five days of learning. Five days of connections. Five days of moving commercial real estate forward.

From conversations that spark new ideas to milestones that define careers, Fall Forum is more than an event on the calendar. It's where the CCIM Network comes together to celebrate achievement, strengthen relationships, and build what's next for commercial real estate. Los Angeles, what a way to close out Fall Forum 2026.

If you were there, you know. If you missed it, make sure you're part of the next one.
