Gail Collins serves as the Deputy CEO of The CCIM Institute, where she provides executive leadership over the Institute’s operations and strategic initiatives. Her portfolio spans across key functional areas including annual budgeting, membership recruitment and retention, strategic planning, international expansion, diversity and inclusion, chapter support, and meeting planning. She also plays a critical liaison role with the Strategic Planning Committee, Government Affairs, and NAR Commercial.
Gail began her career with The CCIM Institute in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative. Over the course of 35 years, she has advanced through eleven positions, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission and growth.
Gail holds an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and Bachelor's of Business Administration from DePaul University. She earned a certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida and is a member of the Association Forum and the American Society of Association Executives.
