Bio

Sarnail Singh, CCIM, CBI is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Educator specializing in commercial property and business brokerage across Ontario. Holding both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designations, he brings a rare combination of expertise in real estate investment analysis and business transaction advisory. 
 
Sarnail provides concierge level brokerage services, advising clients on the sale and acquisition of retail plazas, industrial properties, hotels, gas stations, and both franchise and non franchise businesses. Supported by an in house database of over 10,000 qualified buyers, investors, and strategic partners, he develops targeted marketing strategies and structures transactions designed to maximize value, manage risk, and ensure confidentiality. His work includes guiding local and international investors and connecting capital with high yield commercial opportunities. 
 
Before focusing exclusively on Canada, Sarnail worked across international markets including the UAE, Oman, East Africa, and India, and has traveled extensively for cross border business. This global exposure gives him a strong understanding of international investor perspectives, capital movement, and diverse business environments. 
 
Education is an integral part of his practice. Sarnail serves as a Workshop Leader with the CCIM Institute, teaches commercial real estate and business sale courses through the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and various brokerages, and works with Humber Polytechnic as a facilitator in their commercial real estate curriculum. He is passionate about helping professionals transition into commercial real estate and raising the overall standard of knowledge and practice in the industry.
