Nick Miner, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President at ORION Investment Real Estate, specializing in commercial real estate investment sales with more than 25 years of industry experience. Throughout his distinguished career, Nick has completed more than 400 sale and lease transactions totaling over $500 million, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and leading market expert. 

Nick has been actively involved in commercial real estate education for more than a decade, teaching courses at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business since 2010. He is deeply engaged with the CCIM Institute, having served on multiple committees, and joined CCIM Faculty in 2025, further expanding his role in advancing professional education and mentorship within the industry. 

Nick holds a BSBA in Accounting and Real Estate Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska–Omaha and earned his CCIM designation in 2003. His extensive transaction experience, commitment to personalized service, and passion for education have established him as a highly respected practitioner and educator in commercial real estate.
