Todd D. Clarke, CCIM, is CEO at NM Apartment Advisors Inc. in Albuquerque, N.M. During his 30 years in commercial real estate, Clarke has focused primarily on multifamily.
Clarke has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 1997 and is the author of the CORE course in New Mexico, the new mandatory course that all 9,000 state real estate licensees take. He was recognized as CCIM Institute's Instructor of the Year in 2011 by the Institute faculty.
