Recently, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs made earning a CCIM designation even more convenient by now allowing students to use their Post-9/11 or G.I. Who is eligible?

Any U.S. veteran or eligible beneficiaries (spouse or children) may qualify for U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) educational benefits. CCIM Institute's designation program is a Non-College-Degree (NCD) certificate which has been approved by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs (IDVA) for the use of G.I. Bill benefits to cover the cost of tuition and fees.

What does it cover?

Eligible veterans and beneficiaries may be able to receive full benefits based on their eligibility status and VA Chapter, i.e. Chapter 33, (Post-9/11), Chapter 30 (Montgomery G.I. Bill), Chapter 1606 (Selective Reserve), Chapter 35 (Survivors Education Assistance Program). 

How do I get started?

Make sure you have everything you need to be eligible for funding for CCIM Institute's program.

  1. Check Eligibility Check that you are eligible for the Post-9/11 or GI Bill.
  2. Find VA Chapter Find your VA chapter and determine what education funding options you have.
  3. Apply (PDF) Download the CCIM Vets in Real Estate handbook and apply for the program.
