During the 2025 Spring Forum, The CCIM Institute chapters gathered to celebrate their accomplishments throughout the last year. The awards luncheon was led by Michael Williamson, CCIM, Chair of the Chapter Activities Subcommittee, and Jessica Johnson Kelley, CCIM, Vice Chair. As the luncheon progressed, Williamson and Johnson Kelley underscored the importance of celebrating our chapters’ dedication, successes, and overall excellence.  

At our 2025 Spring Forum, we had the opportunity to welcome in the first batch of 2025 CCIM Designees. We pinned 169 Designees in total, spanning all twelve (12) Regions. These CRE professionals have joined the ranks as the most respected in the industry, dutifully completing their coursework and testing.

The 2025 Spring Forum in Miami showcased the strength, innovation, and global momentum of The CCIM Institute. From high-impact networking to strategic updates, the Forum reflected our shared commitment to advancing the commercial real estate profession. 

Day 2 of the CCIM Institute #SpringForum kicked off with an insightful discussion on the present state and future forecast of the Florida market. 

2026 Global President-Elect Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, moderated a panel with other industry leaders Tamika Moses, SIRE, Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, and Florida Realtors President, Tim Weisheyer. The panel explored key trends and observations toward the evolving real estate landscape, migration patterns, and ways to navigate through the challenges of rising construction costs and operating expenses.
