Having trouble with the app or your profile? Reach out to support@aitl.com. 

Here are some common issues users might face:

• I am unable to log in.
  Make sure you are using the same email that you registered with.
   
• It's showing Spring Forum, not Fall Forum.
  Log out of your profile/Spring Forum event and click into the Fall Forum event.
   
• Pages are lagging or not loading.
  Restart the app, check the app store for any updates.
