Michael Shilton, CCIM, of Royal LePage Commercial (Wolstencroft), represented the vendor in a $11.1 million CAD transaction of a 28,282-sf property in Surrey, BC. 

Tim Vi Tran, CCIM, of The Ivy Group, represented the seller in a $3.5 million transaction of a 10,170-sf property in Santa Clara, Calif. 

Adam P Von Romer, CCIM, of Axis Realty Advisors, Inc., represented the buyer and seller in a $4 million transaction of the 21,211-sf North Ridge Square property in Pompano Beach, Fla.

Ember Grummons, CCIM, of Investors Realty, represented the buyer in a $13.6 million transaction of the Twin Creek Shopping Center, a 22,450-sf property in Bellevue, Neb.
