Congratulations on taking the first step toward earning the CCIM designation — one of the most respected credentials in commercial real estate. As a new CCIM Candidate, you’re joining a global network of professionals committed to excellence, education, and ethical practice.

Account Hub
Your account profile is the hub for managing your personalized CCIM information. In your profile, you can update your primary/contact info, manage your membership, view grades, print certificates of completion, and access your receipts.
Accessing Your CCIM Account Tools
- Go to ccim.com
- Click “Log in” (top right corner)
- Enter your username and password
- Click the red "View My Account" button
To View Course Grades and Certificates
- Click the "Grades" tab (left side navigation)
- On your transcript, locate your completed course and click the printer icon to view/download the certificate.
Tracking Your Progress
- Click "More" (top right corner)
- Select "Program Tracker" from the dropdown menu
Resetting password
- Go to ccim.com
- Click “Log in” (top right corner)
- Click “forgot password”, then enter the primary email address associated with your account.
- Click the “Send Password Reset Email” button (If you do not receive a password reset email, we may need to validate your account. In that case, please complete the contact us form or contact us at 312-321-4460)
eCampus Overview
eCampus is an online learning platform where you would access your CCIM courses. You will find course info, course materials*, session recordings, and exams.
*Course material availability
Self-paced courses appear immediately after registration. (exam must be completed within 90 days).
Online/virtual courses appear 2 weeks prior to the course start date. (exam must be completed within 5 days).
Classroom courses appear 1 month prior to the course start date. (exam must be completed within 5 days).
Log in to eCampus to access your current courses.
Earning Elective Credits
In addition to the core designation courses, candidates can earn elective credits in several ways. Courses like Negotiations, CCR, and Ward Center offerings all count toward elective credit requirements. Transfer credits may also be available for relevant graduate courses, certifications, or other approved educational programs. Finally, candidates earn Continuous Candidacy Credit — one elective credit for every 12 consecutive months of active candidate membership, awarded upon renewal.

Portfolio of Qualifying Experience
The portfolio is your opportunity to demonstrate your real-world experience in commercial real estate transactions. You can submit your portfolio after completing CI 101. All submissions are done online through the portfolio submission platform, and detailed instructions are outlined in the Portfolio Handbook, available at Portfolio of Qualifying Experience | The CCIM Institute.
