Bill Mohr, CCIM, is Owner of Mohr Financial, Inc. in Oakland, Calif. During his 40 years in commercial real estate, Mohr has become an expert in development, industrial, multifamily, and office properties.
Mohr has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 1995 and taught at the University of California, Berkeley, for 11 years. He was recognized by Institute faculty as the CI 101 Instructor of the Year in 2009 and the 2004 Rising Star.
He served as president of the Northern California CCIM Chapter in 1998. He's also a member of CCIM Institute Board of Directors and previously served as chairperson for the Faculty Subcommittee, Education Committee, and Member Services Committee.
He earned his bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley, and has completed some graduate work at the University of California at Hayward in finance, econometrics, economics, management, accounting, and marketing.
