"One of the most pressing issues facing the commercial real estate industry is the lack of formal training of commercial real estate professionals. The majority of brokers are just sales people. They don't have the formal education to understand the fiscal fundamentals of acquisitions, disposition or leasing decisions. The CCIM Institute can help address this issue by continuing to develop and deliver courses to educate the commercial real estate community and continue to keep the pricing affordable and the delivery mechanisms accessible.”
