Construction: Cost Estimating and Scheduling
It can be difficult for commercial real estate professionals to identify realistic cost estimates and schedules that support a construction project's business objectives and meet client expectations. In this course, Eric Holt, Ph.D., of the University of Denver's Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, shares a process for construction estimates and scheduling. Students will examine how estimates are used, how costs are estimated, what defines a quality estimate, and the role of scheduling in project management.
