Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, currently serves as the 2026 Global President of The CCIM Institute and also as Executive Vice President at CBRE.  Adam is recognized as a leader within the commercial real estate industry and his community.  Palmer has been honored by CoStar as a 24-time PowerBroker award recipient, and his transactional volume has earned him a distinction as one of less than 200 dual specialist SIORs worldwide. 

Palmer began his career in the software industry, where he built systems, applications, and databases for major telecommunications companies as well as local police and fire departments. He later transitioned into commercial real estate and earned the prestigious CCIM Designation. Known for emphasizing performance over promise, Palmer and his teams focus on strategy-driven execution and measurable results for clients that include institutional investors and Fortune 500 powerhouses. 

A committed volunteer leader, Palmer has also previously served as President of the Florida CCIM Chapter, Executive Committee Board Member of Florida Realtors, President of Commercial Investment Professionals, and on the Executive Committee with the Horizon Council. He also regularly contributes his time and expertise to many philanthropic and charitable initiatives. 

Palmer frequently serves as an expert witness and is a sought-after speaker at real estate conferences, business events, and universities. His insights have been featured in national media outlets that include FOX, CNN, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal.
