Ryo Yamanami, CCIM, is a sales manager/property manager with IT Nice Real Estate, Inc., in Kuhonji, Kumamoto, Japan. He specializes in commercial properties in multifamily residences and retail space, and has been in the commercial real estate field since 2013.

Yamanami, a CCIM Junior Instructor since 2019, teaches CI 101 and CI 104. In addition to CCIM, he is involved with IREM Japan and National Federation of Real Estate Transaction Associations.
