Paul Aase, CCIM, is the founder and president of Active Senior Concepts LLC, which he started in 2014. He is a commercial real estate developer with a specialty in senior housing projects. Aase has been in the commercial real estate field for over 30 years, with experience in commercial appraisal, brokerage, and investments.
Aase has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 2018, while also serving in CCIM leadership roles on the chapter, regional, and national levels. He was the president of the Georgia Chapter in 2015 and vice president of Region 9 in 2017, as well as a two-term member of the national education committee.
In 2014, Aase was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. He graduated from Florida State University with degrees in accounting, finance, and real estate.
