Laurens Nicholson, CCIM, is Principal/Director at Windsor Aughtry Company in Greenville, S.C. He has 25 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in real estate investment with an emphasis in the industrial and office sectors

Nicholson has been a CCIM Institute instructor since 2007 He was the President of the South Carolina CCIM Chapter in 2012, and now serves on the BOD for the South Carolina Chapter.

Nicholson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in  business administration at Clemson University.
