Former CCIM Institute President honored for more than 20 years of service.

The CCIM Institute is pleased to award Dewey Struble, CCIM, the prestigious Jay W. Levine Award for Distinguished Service. Struble was presented the award at a recent CCIM conference event in Phoenix, Arizona. A commercial real estate broker and consultant from Reno, Nevada, Struble has been an integral part of the institute since the 1980s.

The award, commemorating the late CCIM Institute founder Jay W. Levine, was created in 1996 to recognize outstanding contributions by individual CCIMs for their long-time service to the organization. This award, whose first recipient was Levine himself, has only been awarded three more times since its inception. Struble is the first award winner since 2002.

Struble has held numerous positions of leadership within the Institute, most notably serving as 1998 national president. Beyond his work on the board of directors, in his local CCIM chapter, and as a member of the CCIM TECH board of directors, Struble is known across the organization as a dedicated friend and mentor. “Dewey Struble, CCIM, is the kind of volunteer leader that an organization like ours is fortunate to have," said Henry F. White Jr., chief executive officer and executive vice president of the CCIM Institute. “His contributions continue to be an important of making the CCIM Institute the recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry.”
