CCIM has three categories of membership to help you achieve your commercial real estate goals. Institute Membership is for professionals who want to earn the CCIM designation. Membership applications will be accepted upon verification of course registration or successful completion of a course. Current college students and faculty are eligible to join as Academic members, and Associate Membership is for professionals who want membership benefits but don't plan to earn the CCIM designation.
