JWL Leadership Program

Strengthen Your Leadership Skills

Program Overview

The JWL Leadership Program incorporates a variety of learning methods and experiences to provide a well-rounded education in leadership aimed to equip participants with the skills and self-knowledge necessary for leadership roles within The CCIM Institute, their communities, and their professional careers. The small class setting of the JWL Leadership Program contributes to fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among its participants.

Program Format

The 2025 JWL Class will include 20-25 participants. The participants will meet in-person four times throughout 2025:

  • January/February
  • Midyear Governance Meetings
  • June
  • Annual Governance Meetings

Class Project

A notable feature is the inclusion of a class project. This hands-on element allows participants to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the program. The emphasis on tangible contributions to the Institute suggests a practical and real-world application of leadership principles.

Application

The 2025 JWL Leadership Program application will open Spring 2024!
