Nine local CCIM chapters received awards during the President's Cup at The CCIM Institute's 2023 Midyear Governance Meetings, based on recommendations for exceptional achievements and contributions to their members.

CCIM KANSAS CITY CHAPTER

The CCIM Kansas City Chapter is excelling in its efforts for member engagement, succession planning, acquiring new sponsors, and increased revenue. What makes the CCIM Kansas City Chapter unique is its strong membership and sponsorship, allowing for one-of-a-kind social events and education opportunities. Chapter President Adam Abrams, CCIM, and Chapter Vice President Andy Van Zante, CCIM, lead the CCIM Kansas City Chapter. The newest CCIM Designees are Andrew Perkins, Ben Nelson, Quinn Jones, Ethan Ravencamp, and Daniel Koehler. The CCIM Kansas City Chapter is one of the largest and most active in the country, providing personal, professional, and business development, regular monthly meetings, quality education, networking opportunities, and candidate guidance.

CCIM NEBRASKA CHAPTER

The CCIM Nebraska Chapter is succeeding in serving as a focal point for quality education, networking, and market services for commercial investment real estate specialists by offering resources enabling commercial investment practitioners to deliver superior service to clients and customers. Chapter President Brett Harris, CCIM, and Chapter Vice President Jim Sanderson, CCIM, lead CCIM Nebraska's Chapter. The newest CCIM Designees interested in getting involved and moving the chapter forward are Scott Johnson, CCIM, Dakota Smith, CCIM, Jack Warren, CCIM, and Dylan McCabe, CCIM. The CCIM Nebraska Chapter has a lot of upside opportunities and is actively looking for Designees and candidates who would like to get involved at the committee level, particularly in education, event planning, and sponsorships.

CHAPTER OFFICER TRAINING

2024 CCIM Chapter Officers, Administrators, and RVPs convened for Chapter Officer Training July 23 - 25 in Chicago to share knowledge, master chapter management, collaborate, and receive industry-leading resources from leaders in commercial real estate and The CCIM Institute staff.
