Richard Lynn is a Seniors Housing Specialist with RML Capital, LLC. He provides transactional services for all Seniors Housing Property types, both profit and non-profit including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities.

Rick's personal mission is to "provide quality housing and wellness services to older adults."

Throughout Rick's career he has worked on over three quarter of a billion dollars on financing and sales. He has worked with a wide variety of investors and lenders. Rick works at the intersection of real estate, finance and senior housing. This expertise provides the ability to provide creative solutions to his clients investment requirements.

Education

Richard is a graduate from the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and operational engineering. He received his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Miami and a continuing education degree in real estate from New York University.
