The course provides a review of the fundamental areas of taxation: interest, taxes, charitable contributions, business expenses (auto, travel, education, home office, depreciation, credits, 20 percent business deduction, etc.), sale of a home, tax-deferred exchanges, involuntary conversions, installment sales, deferred gains, loss deductions, basis issues, and more. You'll also learn the new tax issues, including opportunity zones, new cases and revenue rulings, the latest regulations, and proposed tax changes.
