Andrew Joseph Burnett, CCIM, and David Burnett, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness/William T. Strange & Associates in Oklahoma City negotiated the $19.7 million sale of the 244-unit Stoneleigh on May Apartments in Oklahoma City from Virtu Stoneleigh Associates LLC to Haley Communities.
