Perman, CCIM, of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Atlanta and two partners represented Integrated Medical Services in the more than $140.8 million sale of a medical office portfolio totaling 406,894 sf in the Phoenix metro area to Physicians Realty Trust.

H.P. Smith, CCIM, of Gibson Smith Realty Co. in Charlotte, N.C., represented multiple LLCs in the $43 million sale of 18 Walmart-anchored shadow shopping centers in nine southeastern states totaling 331,300 sf to a private investor.

Laurie Ann Drinkwater, CCIM, of Marcus & Millichap in New Haven, Conn., and a four partners negotiated the more than $27.7 million sale of two shopping centers totaling 193,633-sf in Amherst, Ohio, and Sheffield Village, Ohio, from an undisclosed seller to an undisclosed buyer. Drinkwater and a partner also represented a private investment group in the more than $10 million sale of a 13,255-sf CVS drugstore in Kennebunk, Maine, to a private investor.

Michael Milano, CCIM, of Colliers International in Tampa, Fla., and a partner represented Skylark Plaza LLC in the $25.5 million sale of the Courtyard at Countryside retail center in Clearwater, Fla., to an affiliate of North American Development Group.

Stephen Horn, CCIM, and Ian Black, CCIM, of Ian Black Real estate in Sarasota, Fla., represented BBC Plaza LLC in the $18.1 million purchase of the 245,000-sf Main Plaza retail center in Sarasota from Sarasota Main Real Estate LLC.

Kevin Markwordt, CCIM, of Transwestern in Atlanta and a partner represented a private seller in the $13 million sale of the 128,667-sf East Cherokee Village Shoppes in Woodstock, Ga., to PMAT Cos.

Andrew Chason, CCIM, of Marcus & Millichap in Fairhope, Ala., and a partner represented an LLC in the more than $12.6 million sale of a 70,065-sf Publix-anchored shopping center in Alabaster, Ala., to Publix.

Elizabeth Clare, CCIM, of Avison Young in Las Vegas represented CML-NV Longford in the $8.3 million sale of the 42,008-sf Longford Shoppes at Summerlin in Las Vegas to Diversified Business Strategies.

Daniel Stewart,  CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness/Stewart Commercial Group LLC in Ann Arbor, Mich., represented an undisclosed buyer in the more than $6.9 million purchase of a 15,600-sf shopping center in Auburn Hills, Mich., from an undisclosed seller.

Nick Miner,  CCIM, of Orion Investment Real Estate in Scottsdale, Ariz., negotiated the more than $3.8 million sale of the 40,240-sf Power Road Plaza in Mesa, Ariz., from Cowan Oliver Investments LLC to Power Road LLC. Miner also negotiated the more than $3 million sale of a 10,014-sf NNN investment property in Anthem, Ariz., from Anthem Heritage LLC to Ira Stegner.

Michael Yurocko,  CCIM, of SLC Commercial in Stuart, Fla., represented Roberts Equities LLC in the $3.5 million sale of the 44,000-sf Coral Square Shoppes in Ft. Pierce, Fla., to a South Florida investor.

Cathy Jones,  CCIM, of Sun Commercial Real Estate in Las Vegas and four partners represented 5651 Holdings LLC in the $3.5 million sale of the 12,874-sf Russell Crossings retail center in Las Vegas to an undisclosed buyer.

Thomas F. Campenni,  CCIM, of Thomas F. Campenni Co. in Stuart, Fla., and a partner negotiated the 10-year, more than $3 million lease renewal of a 2,500-sf retail property in New York City from the owner to Just Salad.

Adam Greenberg, CCIM, of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Miami and two partners represented JW Advance LLC in the $40 million sale of the 100,798-sf Advance Tower in Miami to USAA Real Estate Company.

Jason Kruse, CCIM, of The Colorado Group in Boulder, Colo., represented an undisclosed buyer in the $8.1 million purchase of a 17,000-sf office building in Boulder to an undisclosed seller.

Cathy Jones, CCIM, of Sun Commercial Real Estate in Las Vegas and four partners represented Howe Family LP in the $7.6 million purchase of a 14,000-sf medical office building in Tucson, Ariz., from an undisclosed seller.

Reid Davis, CCIM, of Lee & Associates in Charleston, S.C., represented UIG First Properties LLC in the more than $6.8 million sale of a 42,500-sf office building in North Charleston, S.C., from an undisclosed seller.

Mark Douglas, CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Glen Allen, Va., and a partner represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $6.7 million sale of the 74,772-sf Arboretum IX office building in Richmond, Va., to Dominion Realty Partners.

Beau Braunger, CCIM, of United Commercial in Sioux City, Iowa, negotiated the $14 million sale of a 444,706-sf industrial complex in Sioux City from ILP I LLC to NorAm Holdings LLC.

Jarrad Katz, CCIM, of MDL Group in Las Vegas and a partner represented Essex Scot LLC in the more than $3.9 million purchase of a 64,700-sf industrial building in Las Vegas from an undisclosed seller.

Barbara Lloyd, CCIM, of NAI Horizon in Phoenix and two partners represented Rancho Hayden LLC in the $9.6 million purchase of the 38-unit Villa Contento townhome community in Scottsdale, Ariz. The purchase was part of a 1031 exchange facilitated by the sale of a 61,319-sf mixed-use property in Scottsdale.

Thomas McConnell, CCIM, of Redwood Realty Advisors in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., and three partners negotiated the more than $6.7 million sale of a 48-unit multifamily property in Bogota, N.J., from Landmark Development Co. to Real Estate Growth Advisors.

Jon S. England, CCIM, of Lee & Associates in Overland Park, Kan., represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $5.3 million sale of the 216-unit Woodland Hills apartments in Kansas City, Kan., to a privately held investment company.

Davide F. Pio, CCIM, of BCRE in Pinole, Calif., represented an LLC in the more than $4.2 million purchase of a 15-unit apartment building in Berkeley, Calif., from a private seller.

Drew Bobincheck, CCIM, of Landmark Commercial Realty in Lemoyne, Pa., negotiated the $15.2 million sale of the 460-unit Bard Townhouses student housing community in Shippensburg, Pa. The property sold as a 1031 exchange property from SF III Shippensburg LLC to an undisclosed buyer.

Shahid K. Abdulla, CCIM, of PlainsCapital Bank San Antonio arranged the $14 million refinancing of a 103-room premium flag hotel in San Antonio for a Texas-based Limited Partnership.

Kenneth Fox, CCIM, of Cohen Financial in San Francisco arranged the $11 million refinancing of the 108,700-sf Village Oaks Shopping Center in Martinez, Calif., for a local investor.

David L. Church, CCIM, of US Realty Capital LLC in Conshohocken, Pa., arranged the $4.3 million refinancing of an 18,000-sf office property in Radnor, Pa., for an undisclosed borrower.

David J. Stevens, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp., in Naples, Fla., negotiated the $9.5 million sale of 57 acres of land in Naples from Thomas S. Monaghan to Tree Farm of Southwest Florida LLC.

Gregg Pounders, CCIM, and Justin Bishop, CCIM, of Pounders and Associates in Florence, Ala., represented Regional Care Hospital Partners in the $7.9 million purchase of 25 acres of land in Florence, from 45 property owners.

Soozi Jones Walker, CCIM, and Bobbi Miracle, CCIM, of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services in Las Vegas represented Valley View Merchant Irrevocable Business Trust in the $4.5 million sale of 3.3 acres of land in Las Vegas to 3439 W Cahuenga LLC.

Paul Kenny, CCIM, of Paul Kenny & Matt Bogue Commercial Real Estate in Ketchum, Idaho, negotiated the $4.1 million sale of the 26-room Tamarack Lodge in Ketchum, Idaho, to Walnut Lodging LLC.

Kevin D. Chin, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness in San Francisco represented Jews for Jesus in the more than $5.6 million sale of a 7,600-sf office/warehouse property in San Francisco to an undisclosed buyer.

Christopher Fraser, CCIM, of Avison Young in Mount Pleasant, S.C., and a partner represented Gurney Brothers LLC in the more than $3.5 million purchase of a 21,560-sf office/flex property in Mount Pleasant. Chris Koepenick, CCIM, of Lee & Associates in Charleston, S.C., and a partner represented the seller, Wando Park Investors LLC.

Rolando A. Alvarez, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Coral Gables, Fla., represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $3.1 million sale of a 13,442-sf mixed-use property in Miami to an undisclosed investor.
