This year CCIM Institute has specific plans to strengthen the promotion of the CCIM designation brand. As members, we know the CCIM designation equals best practice and demonstrates a mark of excellence in our profession. While we have many competitors, we have no peers.
Our goal is to reach a wider audience and gain greater public recognition for CCIMs during 2016. Our emphasis is twofold: Encourage more clients to work with CCIMs and persuade more commercial real estate professionals to earn the CCIM designation.
We will accomplish this by enhancing the rigor of CCIM education and preserving the integrity of the CCIM designation. Given the strength of today's market, we are uniquely positioned to take the CCIM designation to higher levels of recognition.
Continued Strategic Growth. I'm delighted to lead CCIM Institute as we advance our long-term strategic initiatives. These include:
- providing the highest quality education for commercial real estate professionals;
- ensuring that the CCIM designation is the global standard for professional achievement in our industry;
- equipping CCIM members with innovative business solutions;
- facilitating global education and business opportunities for our members; and
- proactively managing our organization to enhance its relevance in the industry.
While CCIM leadership and staff work to fulfill these initiatives on a national level, we recognize that CCIM's greatest strength is in its members. You are the best ambassadors for the CCIM program. Wear your red pin and tell your clients and colleagues about the value of the CCIM education and designation.
