Dan Adamski, CCIM, of JLL represented Williams Field Services Group LLC in its more than $25.7 million lease of Park Place Corporate Center, a 112,481-sf office space in Pittsburgh, from an undisclosed lessor. 

Finance

BigDeal Cathy Jones, CCIM, and three other brokers with Sun Commercial Real Estate represented CPI Five LLC in its $7 million sale of a 37,500-sf industrial property in Las Vegas to TLM Holdings LLC.  

Randall Bentley, CCIM, of Lee & Associates in Greenville, S.C., arranged a $4.9 million loan for an 80,922-sf industrial property in Taylors, S.C., for PBSRE-GVL LLC.  

Rob Adams, CCIM, of the Hayes Commercial Group arranged a more than $4.2 million loan for a 12,270-sf multi-building medical office property in Santa Barbara, Calif., for CNA Financial.   

Sharon Wright, CCIM, with White-Spunner Realty in Mobile, Ala., arranged a $3.1 million loan for the purchase of two convenience stores located in Baldwin County, Ala., totaling 6,720 sf, for an undisclosed buyer.   

Stella Guinto, CCIM, with Zephyr Real Estate Commercial arranged a $4 million for a 12,500-sf industrial space in San Francisco for the Bayshore Industrial Lot. 

Donny Self, CCIM, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite arranged a $4.9 million loan for the acquisition of Harrison Place, an 8,037-sf retail space in Fredericksburg, Va., for an undisclosed buyer.  

Industrial

Paul Locker, CCIM, of Locker Realty Corp. in Glendale, Calif., represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $4.25 million sale of the Casitas II, a four-unit, 14,344-sf industrial property in Los Angeles.   

Tim Tran, CCIM, with The Ivy Group in Fremont, Calif., represented Lan Rung Properties LLC in the more than $3.8 million sale of Las Plumas Commerce Center, a 15,565-sf industrial property, to Vanguard Holdings LLC.  

Daniel Stewart, CCIM, with SVN | Stewart Commercial Group LLC represented both the buyer, JPL Ventures LLC, and seller, MiPlace LLC, in the $3.8 million sale of a 46,356-sf industrial facility in Ann Arbor, Mich.  

Office

Dan Adamski, CCIM, with JLL represented Wabtec in the more than $24.8 million lease of 84,300 sf of office space in Pittsburgh to an undisclosed lessor.   

Joshua Brown, CCIM, and Greg Haag, CCIM, partners at Haag Brown Commercial in Jonesboro, Ark., represented the buyers in the more than $6.6 million sale of Ritter Headquarters campus, a 33,020-sf LEED-certified office property in Jonesboro.   

Stephen Jacquemin, CCIM, with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates in St. Louis, represented an undisclosed seller in the $12.8 million sale of four office buildings, totaling 74,700 sf, to an undisclosed buyer.   

Neil Merin, CCIM, of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Inc. in West Palm, Fla., represented Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun LLP in the more than $4 million lease of Divosta Towers, a 12,157-sf office space in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., from IMI Kyoto Gardens I LLC. He also represented 900 Broken Sound LLC in two transactions in Boca Raton, Fla., both leased to CSL Plasma: a more than $3.6 million lease of 13,816 sf in office space and a more than $3.6 million lease of 48,828 sf in office space.   

Marc Magliarditi, CCIM, with Logic Commercial Real Estate represented Beltway One Development Group LLC in its $24.3 million sale of the Desert Canyon Business Park Office Portfolio in Las Vegas, which includes two office buildings totaling 86,534 sf, to an undisclosed buyer.  

Milton Thomas, CCIM, with Lee & Associates in Charleston, S.C., represented Corcoran Columbia LLC in its $6.25 million acquisition of an 88,000-sf office complex in Columbia, S.C.  

Steve Dorenbush, CCIM, with Keller Williams Commercial Offenbecher represented PEP Development LLC in its $5.25 million sale of a 19,081-sf office facility in Puyallup, Wash., to Riverwalk Partners LLC.  

David Sigmon, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 10 Toy Street LLC in its $3.85 million sale of 20,277 sf of office space in Greenville, S.C., to Volition LLC, represented by  Pete Brett, CCIM, also with Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. Sigmon also represented the buyer in the $3.2 million acquisition of 8,714 sf of office space in Spartanburg, S.C., from Wood Street Property LLC, also represented by Brett.

T.C. Macker, CCIM, with WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Co. in Los Angeles represented Cal Asia Global 11201-11223 National Blvd LLC in its more than $13 million sale of a 10,883-sf retail property to Los Robles Office Partners LLC.  

George W. Brusco, CCIM, of Merritt Realty Corp. in Sarasota, Fla., represented Benderson Development in the $5.1 million purchase of the 6,250-sf Café L’Europe from C&L St. Armands LLC.  

Liz Clare, CCIM, with Avison Young in Las Vegas represented Boman Cos. in its $9.4 million acquisition of the Horizon Town Center, a 95,379-sf retail property in Henderson, Nev.   

Paul Locker, CCIM, with Locker Realty Corp. in Glendale, Calif., represented an undisclosed buyer in the $6.25 million purchase of a 2,200-sf Starbucks in Monrovia, Calif.  

Eric Frickle, CCIM, with Eric Conrad Frickle Commercial Realty in Corona, Calif., represented Hamid Ghadiri in his $6.85 million purchase of Auto Gallery Mitsubishi, a 24,227-sf retail space in Murrieta, Calif., from BTAA Property Investments III LLC.  

Land

Peter Ciriello, CCIM, of LA Commercial in Santa Monica, Calif., represented an undisclosed buyer in the $6.5 million purchase of 19,200 sf of land in Los Angeles from an undisclosed seller.  

B. Carter Kennemur, CCIM, of Kennemur & Associates in Raleigh, N.C., represented the Lloyd and Smith families in the more than $3 million sale of Martin Farm, 300 acres of farmland in Wendell, N.C.  

Scott Yocum, CCIM, with RE/MAX Centre Realty represented the Harner family in the $5.6 million sale of Harner Farm, a 71.9-acre parcel of land in State College, Pa., to Aspen Hill Partners.  

T.C. Macker, CCIM, of WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Co. in Los Angeles represented both undisclosed parties in the sale of 22,500 sf of land in Santa Monica, Calif., for $17 million.

Daren Hebold, CCIM, of LUX Realty in Portland, Maine, represented Ogunquit Motel Corp. in the more than $7.3 million sale of the 87-room Ogunquit Resort Hotel in Ogunquit to Giri Hotel Management.

Lance Kammes, CCIM, with RE/MAX Suburban in Wheaton, Ill., represented both undisclosed parties in the $4 million sale of Sonny Acres Farm, a 22.6-acre specialty property in West Chicago, Ill.  

Mixed-Use

George W. Brusco, CCIM, with Merritt Realty Corp. represented both the seller, Yankee Traveler LLC, and the buyer, Benderson Development, in the $16.3 million sale of a 23,000-sf mixed-use property in Sarasota, Fla.
