Student Membership

CCIM Student Membership is available to full-time undergraduate or graduate student of an accredited college or university or related programs for the cost of $50 annually (Download application).  A CCIM student member would receive the following benefits:

University Fast Track Program

This program allows a graduate of top real estate graduate schools to earn the CCIM designation by waiving some of the Institute’s required educational requirements.  The Institute has partnered with over 20 universities and compared the curriculae from these institutions with the core competencies of the CCIM Education Program.  To see if your graduate school qualifies for a fast track program, please review this list.

University Scholarship Program

CCIM Institute has a scholarship program with nearly 30 accredited universities. One student from each academic institution is awarded a scholarship of $1,000 plus complimentary tuition to CCIM CI 101 Financial Analysis course. A recipient must be of junior, senior, or graduate-level standing, and be pursuing a career in commercial investment real estate or related fields of study. Check with your university’s program adviser to determine if your school participates and how you could qualify or at this list of participating universities.
