The foundation provides a variety of scholarships to assist up-and-coming professionals on the path to earning the CCIM designation.
CCIM partners with select universities to incorporate specific CCIM courses into their accepted curricula.
Created with the goal of expanding diversity within the industry, the program encourages minorities in commercial real estate to pursue the CCIM designation.
CCIM’s network of chapters also reach out to assist professionals in their communities by offering specialized seminars when circumstances, such as Hurricane Katrina and the 2010 Nashville flood, arise.
