Arrive early or just come for lunch. Either way, come for the experience. Attend this first-time industry luncheon where commercial investment, real-estate professionals and media will be gathering together for an afternoon with Rajeev Dhawan, Director of the Economic Forecasting Center at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and Associate Professor of Managerial Sciences. Join us as Mr. Dhawan, director of one of the country’s premiere forecasting centers, as he shares his forecast for the US economy. With the current downturn of the real-estate market, it is imperative for all commercial investment real estate professionals to gain more knowledge on the country’s economic outlook and how it will affect the multifamily industry.
Mr. Dhawan has received several awards for his forecasting accuracy, including most accurate GDP forecast by Bloomberg News in 2005. The Bank One Economic Outlook Center at Arizona State University in 2003 named him the most accurate forecaster for US employment. Dhawan is known for his ability to articulate complex economic issues in terms that are extremely relevant to the business community. He is frequently contacted by the media for his economic analysis and expertise, Dhawan often appears on CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, The Bloomberg Report and the Atlanta affiliates of ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX. He is sought after for many national and regional publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Investor's Business Daily, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and national wire services including Associated Press, Reuters and the Dow Jones News Service.
This luncheon will be open to all commercial real estate investment professionals and media. It will be held prior to the Multifamily CCIM Partners Deal-Making event - exclusively for Designees.
