CCIMREDEX and ePropertyData Form Partnership

CCIMREDEX, the commercial property analysis and marketing platform, and NAR's ePropertyData have partnered to share data between the two systems. The partnership will provide increased listing exposure for CCIM and NAR members through CCIMREDEX and NAR’s CommercialSource.com (operated by ePropertyData). The partnership also facilitates broader distribution of products and services for both organizations.

"Many of our CCIM Designees and Candidates are already using ePropertyData’s CIE systems and CommercialSource," says Todd Kuhlmann, CCIM and Director of CCIMREDEX. "By establishing a true bi-directional sharing of property listing information between CCIMREDEX and ePropertyData, our CCIM members will become more efficient in only having to enter their information once. This partnership will combine NAR and CCIM’s technology to add great value for all of our members."

CCIMREDEX will be launched first quarter of 2010. CommercialSource.com, launched in May 2008, continues to grow at a fast pace with data from 94 content providers that are aggregated from local MLSs, CIE’s and licensed practitioners from across the country.
