Richard Juge to Lead CCIM Institute

Richard E. Juge, CCIM, was installed as president of the institute at the fall business meetings this week in Honolulu, Hawaii. Juge is the institute’s 44th president and the second to hail from New Orleans.

A 22-year commercial real estate veteran, Juge was honored by the New Orleans Metro Commercial Investment Division for the largest commercial office leases in 1997, 2000, 2001, and 2002; the largest special purpose transaction in 1998; and the largest industrial lease of 2004, 2005, and 2006. He is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute’s User Decision Analysis, Market Analysis, and Introduction to Commercial Investment Real Estate Analysis courses.

Juge has held numerous leadership positions at the national, regional and local levels, including president of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. He is a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and a perennial Platinum Club member. He also holds the SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors), and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations.
