NAI Global Honors Karl Landreneau, CCIM, of NAI Latter & Blum with Chairman’s Award

The CCIM Institute congratulates Karl Landreneau, CCIM, of NAI Latter & Blum in Baton Rouge, La., on receiving the NAI Global Chairman’s Award for performance in 2011. The Chairman’s Award recognizes the NAI Business Director who best exemplifies the “Right Stuff” as it relates to the effective management of an NAI office, including leadership, business generation, service delivery, participation in enterprise initiatives, and integration of NAI tools and resources throughout the firm.

The award was presented in a ceremony on Feb. 8, 2012, at the NAI Global 2012 Convention in Las Vegas. Based in Princeton, N.J., NAI Global manages a network of 5,000 professionals and 350 offices in 55 countries. NAI professionals complete over $45 billion in transactions annually.

Mr. Landreneau is the 2012 First Vice president of the CCIM Institute, and will serve as the Institute’s president in 2014. A graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Mr. Landreneau served as 2007 President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and will begin a second three-year term on CCIM's National Board of Directors. He is also a trainer for STDBonline, CCIM TECH’s proprietary online site analytics platform, and is an instructor for the CCIM Institute.

-I sat in on a CCIM Intro class you did in Baton Rouge a few years ago. At the time I lived in Fort Myers, FL.
