Retail Expert Teaches Market Analysis at ICSC RECon in Las Vegas
Gary Ralston, CCIM, to teach Retail Real Estate Market and Feasibility Analysis workshop.
A feasibility study can help investigate potential outcomes of commercial real estate projects before investing too much time and money, according to CCIM Institute Senior Instructor Gary Ralston, CCIM, CRE, SIOR, who will be speaking at ICSC RECon at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas on May 21 at 9 a.m.
“Retail Real Estate Market and Feasibility Analysis” will be based on the user focused CCIM Institute strategic analysis model which includes: location, site, and business analysis; demand and supply analysis; political and legal characteristics; and financial analysis.
“Using real-world case studies, participants will examine the relationship between a productive retail project and its feasibility,” says Ralston. “Understanding and being able to articulate the feasibility of the retail real estate property is the key to success.”
In addition to being a senior instructor for CCIM Institute, Ralston is a managing partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty, LLC in Central Florida. He is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on retail and commercial properties and is a successful real estate developer, investor, and group investment sponsor.
ISCS RECon is the world's largest retail real estate convention with more than 37,000 attendees representing 58 countries and 1,200 exhibitors expected to participate in this global conference for the retail industry.
