RICS Direct Track
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) members who have held the MRICS or FRICS designation for 10 years or more may waive the traditional CCIM designation requirements. Upon an approved application, these members are recognized as CCIM designees and may use "CCIM" after their names.
