General Description:
The Member Development Coordinator plays a central role in developing and administering commercial programs and services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists VP, managers with association outreach, special projects and business development initiatives.
- Helps identify new outreach targets; monitors structures newly forming.
- Central point of contact and liaison to accredited associations, commercial structures, and Signature Series Speakers.
- Helps plan and coordinate details for special programs such as Signature Series Speaker’s Bureau, National Awards, Innovation Grants, and Leadership Summit.
- Maintains member database and reports on trends occurring or effecting NAR’s commercial membership.
- Serves as liaison to IT staff, recommending needed system upgrades.
- Maintains annual leadership changes in existing association structures.
- Responds/refers customer service inquiries (phone & commercial e-mailbox) from local/state associations, general members, public.
- First point of contact in assisting members updating NRDS records and fields of business.
- Responsible for coordinating schedule and executing monthly education podcast and webinar program.
- Assists with keeping data current and recommending meaningful content at NAR’s commercial site, CommercialSource.com.
- Assists with Division administrative duties.
