Portfolios may be submitted at any time during the year and at any
point after completion of CI101-Financial Analysis. Those who have completed all their education requirements and whose portfolios have been approved by the Exam Registration Deadline will be eligible for that exam.
Portfolio Volume Requirements
for Candidates
who joined prior to September 1, 2006:
Within the last five (5) years -- ten (10) qualifying activities totaling a minimum of $5 million; or one (1) or more qualifying activities totaling a minimum of $30 million; or; twenty (20)qualifying activities without regard to total dollar volume. View

Portfolio Volume Requirements for Candidates who joined after September
1, 2006:
Within the last five (5) years -- ten (10) qualifying activities totaling a minimum of $10 million; or one (1) or more qualifying activities totaling a minimum of $40 million; or; thirty (30) qualifying activities without regard to total dollar volume. View additional information

Fees: Portfolio of Qualifying Experience processing fee ($100); CCIM Comprehensive Examination registration fee ($275); Course Concepts Review (CCR) ($545); Online Course Concepts Review Prep Program ($100) (you must be registered for the Core Concepts Review Course in order to take advantage of the online tutorial); Comp Exam Retake (candidates who do not pass the Comprehensive Examination may either retake it the next day free of charge or up to two retakes at nationally scheduled sessions for a fee of $75).
