Continuing Education Credit Information

All continuing education (CE) approval is at the discretion of the individual state real estate commission and is reflective in the number of hours granted by that state. Approved CCIM designation courses for CE credit are listed by state for real estate brokers and salespersons, as well as appraisers. Currently, only in-class education courses (CI Intro – CI 104), excluding Challenge Program and online education courses, are applicable for continuing education credits.

We are continually working towards receiving approval for states and updating our website.

If you are interested in continuing education (CE) credit, please be aware certain states do not qualify for CE credit.
