Troubled Assets Workshop

This one-day workshop assists you in recognizing and finding solutions to manage troubled real estate assets resulting from the current economy. Learn what brought the market to its current state and the life cycle of a troubled asset. From there, you can recognize where business opportunities exist.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify lender and owner objectives.
  • Find solutions to deal with troubled assets, including developing an Asset Management Disposition Plan (AMDP).
  • Test disposition alternatives with appropriate metrics.
