Public Policy Statements

The CCIM Institute publishes annual updates of the Institute's Legislative & Public Policy Positions for all chapter presidents, legislative chairpersons, and interested members. The Institute encourages all chapters to utilize this information as a guide in monitoring legislative issues and to promote active participation from members in state, local and federal legislative matters.
