Instructor Information

Instructor Selection & Assignment

Skilled instructors - each an experienced and practicing CCIM - are selected on the basis of professional background, industry success and teaching ability. All instructors are required to undergo ongoing training to keep them current on the latest trends and happenings within the industry.

All licensed delivery courses must be taught by CCIM Institute approved instructors. CCIM Institute maintains a list of approved independent instructors that are qualified to teach any licensed delivery course. Licensee must negotiate directly with instructor(s). However, CCIM Institute reserves the right to deny sponsors' requests if the instructor is not an approved instructor, if there is a scheduling conflict with another CI course, or for other reasons. We recommend you have a signed instructor’s agreement.

See the complete list of instructors on the Faculty Directory.

Minimum Instructor Requirements

CI Intro Format: Licensee may present the Intro course with one instructor with a maximum number of 50 students. Two instructors are required, however, for a course with more than 50 students. Three instructors are required for courses with over 75 students. In no event shall Licensee permit more than 120 students to register and attend any course.

CI 101-104 Standard Format with Two Instructors: A minimum of two instructors are required for the standard, consecutive-day format of five day courses with a maximum number of 75 students. Three instructors are required for courses over 75 students.

Alternate Format: One instructor teaches no more than two 8-hour successive days or three successive day, provided that the third day includes the examination. A one-day break must follow any two successive teaching days with a maximum number of 30 students.
