Course Concepts Review (CCR) Prep Program Downloading Instructions

Before you download:      
Q. Have you purchased the program?
A. Download access is granted the next business day following your purchase date. Please allow one full business day following your purchase date for the activation of your password. If you haven't yet registered for the course, call a course representative at 800-621-7027.
       
Q. Do you know your user name and password?
A. After you click the download link you will be prompted to enter a user name and password. Your user name is your candidate ID number and is case sensitive.
   
Q. Have you read the download instructions for your browser?

Troubleshooting for Windows XP Users

If you are using Window XP and have successfully installed the CCR Prep Program but cannot run the program from your desktop, click here for easy instructions on how to fix the problem.
 

Download Instructions for Internet Explorer

To download the program using Microsoft Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

     
  1. Click here to download the CCR Prep Program.
  2. When prompted, enter your user name and password. (A Download File popup box opens.)
  3. Select one of two options: "Run the program from its current location" or "Save this program to disk."
    1. If you select "Run this program from its current location," the installation program will begin immediately. (Before the installation begins, you may see a Security Warning popup box. This is a security feature of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Click the "Yes" button to continue the download.) Next, you will see the Welcome popup window.  Read the instructions and follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
    2. If you select "Save this program to disk," you will be prompted to save the file to a directory on your computer (the default open directory will vary).  You can save the setup file anywhere on your hard drive.  Be sure to track where you save the program file.  Once the download is complete, you will need to locate this file on your hard drive to initiate the installation process. Once you click the Save button, the download will begin.  Depending on the speed of your modem connection, this process may take from 40 minutes (for a 28.8 modem) to approximately a minute(for a T-1 line).

Download Instructions for Netscape Navigator

  1. Click here to download the CCR Prep Program.
  2. When prompted, enter your user name and password. (A "Download File" popup window opens.)
  3. You will be prompted to select one of two options: "Open using" and "Save to disk."
  4. Select the "Save to disk" option and click the OK button.
  5. Next, you will be prompted to "Enter name of file to save to . . ."  You can save the setup file anywhere on your hard drive.  Be sure to track where you save the program file.  Once the download is complete, you will need to locate this file on your hard drive to initiate the installation process.
