The CCIM Institute understands your employees are your most valuable asset, so we make it easy and economical for firms to bring CCIM education to your staff with through the VIP Plan, licensed courses, and customized courses.

VIP Plan - An Incentive Program for Corporate Savings

Put your staff on the path to the CCIM designation, and lock-in current tuition rates with the VIP Plan. The VIP Plan offers quantity discounts with blocks of vouchers that can be used for CI 101 - 104 by any member of your firm. Each plan also includes vouchers for Preparing to Negotiate, a $385 value per voucher. Completing CI 101 - 104 and Preparing to Negotiate fulfills the education requirements for the CCIM designation.

Licensed Course Presentations

A corporation may sponsor a CCIM designation course exclusively for their employees if they have sufficient numbers to support an in-house course. Review the Licensed Delivery Program for facility and student requirements.

Customized Course Presentations

The CCIM Institute designs customized educational programs to meet specific organizational needs. Sections of the CCIM curriculum are presented as shorter programs at national conferences, employee seminars, and training programs.
