Comprehensive Examination
Successful completion of the Comprehensive Examination distinguishes you as a professional and indicates to employers and clients that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to be a top deal maker. The Comprehensive Examination tests your knowledge of the key elements from CI 101 – CI 104 and is the final requirement to earning the CCIM designation.

Prerequisite: Completion of all education requirements Approved Portfolio of Qualifying Experience.
Required Equipment: Hewlett-Packard financial calculator. The HP-10BII is highly recommended. A laptop computer is optional.
